NYTWA AND FOUR UBER / LYFT DRIVERS FILE LAWSUIT AGAINST GOVERNOR CUOMO AND NYS LABOR DEPT ON UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE

Four Uber & Lyft drivers & their union NYTWA filed a federal lawsuit against Governor Andrew Cuomo, the NYS Labor Dept and the NYS Labor Commissioner for failing to pay UI benefits in a timely manner. Check out the NYT story:
